NO REFUNDS
The processing time for gowns may take anywhere from 2-4months for prom, 6-12months for wedding, special Occasion gowns 3-6 weeks (ALL) depending on the current volume of orders, the exact details can be discussed prior to ordering. Email timelesske@gmail.com with concerns.
All items are made to order (unless otherwise noted). Shipping timeframe depends on the item ordered, however once you’ve received notification your item is complete, please allow 3-10 business days to receive. You will be notified of shipping cost at completion. You will be provided tracking information. If you need an item sooner, please email us at timeslesske@gmail.com to see if this is possible BEFORE placing your order, as you cannot cancel an order once we have begun the process. If you cancel anytime during the process, you lose your deposit.
Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service, It is not Timeless Ke’s responsibility to replace it. However we do include insurance on all items. In the rare event an item is misplaced/lost you will be refunded your total if the tracking info confirms the lost.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
CANCELLED EVENTS
In the unfortunate event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later then the Date of the event as recorded in our records. If the date is postponed, The balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn’t satisfied by then, the dress becomes property of Timeless Ke and can be immediately sold for profit.(If a payment arrangement is needed please keep in contact with us)
WE WILL STORE DRESSES NO LONGER THEN 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETION. AFTER THE 2 WEEKS A FEE OF $5 PER DAY WILL BE ADDED. AS WE CANNOT STORE DRESSES FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. IF LONGER THEN 4 WEEKS, ITEM BECOMES PROPERTY OF TIMELESS KE AND CAN BE IMMEDIATELY SOLD FOR PROFIT TO FULFILL YOUR ACCOUNT.
